It’s a fresh start for artists, a clean slate to start over, create new content, and hopefully get a hold of listeners. No doubt that this new year, one thing every artist, either A-list or upcoming, will be looking forward to is putting out hits. Many will try, but only a few will be able to pull it off.
We’re already wearing off the second week of the year, and the expectations are beginning to ramp up as artists are starting to release new singles. Some in anticipation of their projects, while some as strategic positioning for what could come.
The big question is now, who is gonna have the first hit of 2022?
It’s a new year, and there’s a whole lot of artists planning to put out stuff already. From Sukzy Africa to Jayglitz, to Big MJ, and Yuxx Naija … the list is long. But who do you think will do it successfully?
