The Nose Mask Carnival was initiated by Comrade Aminu Shuaibu (Mc Pintoski) , who is the SUG DOS of Niger State College Of Education Minna. Some of the major events featured in the Nose Mask carnival are:
1. Important Of Education To The Society
2. Importance Of Wearing Nose Masks To Keep Yourself and Your Family Safe.
3. The Way Students, Teachers are Supposed To Be Dressing.
