The highly anticipated collaboration of Icekyd & Aunvee x Sammax x MiraBwoy“Aisha” is out and this is what we have to say about it.

The expectations of the AG & Vado collaboration on “AISHA” was so high. Everyone was intrigued by the announcement of this powerful collaboration.

There was even a Twitter user that said if he could lay hand on Icekyds laptop, he would leak the song straight up, that shows the power of anticipation both artistes had created by talking about the song.

Listen to “Aisha” below:-

But Now The Song Is Out, Did AISHA Disappoint Or Live Up To The Hype?

Aisha” actually did the four. Firstly, Aisha sets you into confusion on who actually owns the song. The beat looks ready-made for some Icykid collaboration with Aunvee x Sammax x MiraBwoy.

Aisha had those traits, the Rapper melodies are noticeable, delicate strings sprinkled on the song coupled with the minimal percussion setting the groove for a smooth track.

Secondly, you’re left unimpressed at the end of the song. You wonder why it’s so short, and the major output of Sammax is to chant Aisha multiple times.

OUR REVIEW

Overall, most of us who listened to the song after the first listen will be grossly disappointed. We all were expecting a pop classic..

A song that will resonate and touch your soul. Well, collaboration is the best these Four could muster. There could have been changes to the beat nevertheless Aisha would probably reign this month.

As we all enjoyed YNS Cypher due to its infectious hook, many of us will only remember this song for the repeated DA SO SAMU NE.
